Check Engine Light On problems of the 2003 Chevrolet S10

Tl- the contact owns a 2003 Chevrolet S10. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 50 mph, the check engine warning light illuminated, after exiting the vehicle the contact observed an unknown fluid leaking from under the front of the vehicle. The contact also observed corrosion around the heating coil. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
