Three problems related to front suspension have been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle has a loud noise on the left hand side of the passenger side. Consumer said that he has taken vehicle to the dealership seventeen times.
While driving at highway speeds vehicle will wander/drift , will not stay in alignment, causing tire to wear unevenly and loss of vehicle control.
Right front tire, assembly and shaft vehicle, causing vehicle to drop to the right, resulting in a collision. Vehicle was totaled. Dealer and manufacturer will be notified.
