Engine check light keeps coming on, then vehicle starts to lose power, this has happened while on highway, and it is very unsafe. . Consumer stated the instrument panel is loose causing rattling noise from passenger side air bag area and top of instrumental panel, the third brake light is inoperative and drivers window power regulator failed causing noise, the fuel filter was replaced.
