2 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 07/01/2014

Defective exhaust manifold bolts. The bolt heads are breaking off of my 2007 chevy Silverado crew cab truck. This is a well maintained lightly used truck I use for work. After discovering the problem, I went to the internet to search solutions on this problem and that's how I found out that this is a very big problem with this truck engine. There is no tsp on this or a recall, but there should be, engines affected are all v-8's from 4. 8l, 5. 3l, and 6. 0l. Very expensive repair that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

3 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 04/09/2014

Yesterday on 4/10/2014 at 2:00pm I get into my 2007 chevy Silverado 1500 classic crew cab and start my truck. I notice that once I let go of the get it never returned to the on position from run/start position. The truck is running and unable to turn off. I had to go under the hood fuse box to pull the pcm fuse to shut the truck off. This how ever still left the truck on. It is now sitting in the shop in phoenix, az aaa owned and operated shop on 75th Ave and thunderbird. I will be requesting the parts after seeing and hearing the "ignition switch recall" of other gm vehicles.

Autonation Toyota in arlington, TX failed to tighten one of my wheels after servicing it. I was traveling on the highway at 70mph when my wheel became totally disconnected from the rotor.
