The contact scheduled an appointment with the dealer to see if the vehicle could be repaired under an extended warranty. The manufacturer was not notified. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 64,000.
The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While driving at low speeds and making a left turn, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the electrical harness was faulty and needed replacement. The vehicle was repaired. Transmission problems. When reversing up a driveway the truck will stall as the gas is pressed it will rev up but not go anywhere, then jump into reverse as if the petal was floored. Also some times when entering the highway the transmission doesn't shift into the correct gears also jumping into gear which could cause accidents.
