5 Power Steering Failed problem

Failure Date: 07/29/2016

The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While driving approximately 35 mph, the electronic power steering assist failed without warning. The contact was unable to activate the power steering assist. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the power steering failed and the power steering electrical motor needed to be replaced.
