The contact owns a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The front and rear brake rotors dissenigrated and fell apart. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on two occasions. The dealer replaced the rotors on the rear and front brakes. The brakes failed and the brake shoes fell off of the truck 5,000 miles after the rotors were replaced. There were no recalls and the dealer stated that the contact is responsible for the repair cost. The failure mileage was 32,754.
