1 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 09/13/2007

Anti-lock brake system activating when it shouldn't. While applying the brakes on dry pavement, the last 5-10 feet of braking the anti-lock brake system activates causing the vehicle to lurch forward nearly causing me, on several occasions, to rear-end verhicle in front of me - especially when towing a trailer.

2 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 11/02/2006

While driving home from work my brake pedal went to the floor on my 2003 silverado hd2500. I crashed into the vehicle in front of me causing damage to both our vehicles. I took my vehicle into the dealership for inspection. After 1. 5 weeks there g. M finally looks at it and told me the brake operation was normal. I started to take the vehicle home and the pedal once again went to the floor. I found the service manager and the higher up person say that's normal. Now what? I cant drive this vehicle for the fear of another crash. Gm is no help.

3 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 07/20/2006

The antilock brakes activate at low speeds without warning. They activate on dry surfaces without actual wheel 'lock-up' occurring. I have come close to collisions at intersections and also nearly rolled into an intersection when the traffic light was red in my direction with traffic proceeding at a right angle to my vehicle.
