Two problems related to rear suspension have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer heard a squeaking noise while backing up vehicle. Once serviced, technician determined that the entire rear end failed, and needed to be replaced.
A high roaring noise coming from the rear end can be heard while driving at various speeds. The cause of the problem has not been determined.
