One problem related to steering gear box sector shaft has been reported for the 2007 Chevrolet Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Loose steering caused by obviously a design problem and should have a recall to address a permeate remedy. While the factory warranty paid for the first two replacements, and the extended warranty paid for all but the $50 deductible on the this third replacement this was by all accounts an ongoing problem with the 2005 Chevrolet Suburbans.
