: the contact stated the vehicle was taken in for seat repairs, the independent mechanic discovered the driver's side seat belt was never attached to the frame. The seat belt was reattached to the frame.
The front passenager seatbelt locks up and won't allow the person to move about freely, replace retractor latch.
