When a diagnostic test was performed on the vehicle it did not indicate that there was a brake problem. . When the brakes were applied the pedal went to the floor, the vehicle would slow down, but will not stop. No warning lights illuminated ,indicating that there was a problem with the brakes. This did not happen every time that the brakes were applied. The weather condition has no impact on the braking capability.
