The airbag light is constantly on. I've dinner many replacement repairs but it's still on.
The manufacturer has failed to remedy this safety recall. The recall is dated may 10, 2023, and now over 2 years later there is no remedy. I remain concerned about my safety and the safety of my family, while driving this car. Despite the cost of replacement, but in consideration of the potential seriousness of the issue, time fame involved, and lack of action by the manufacturer, I am requesting complete replacement of all airbags in the above-referenced car.

Multiple issues have occurred with this vehicle. I have had major unsafe issues while driving while on the freeway and streets where my vehicle reads traction control off and engine power reduced which leads my vehicle to lose all power and shut down being stranded and almost hit multiple times while by myself and while my husband and children are present. I believe I am the second or third owner of this vehicle and I was never given any information about any recalls.
I received a recall notice for my 2014 chevy Traverse airbag June of 2023. I have tried to set up an appointment to have it replaced many times and am told that parts are not available. Many manufacturers have already taken care of the replacement. I am concerned about operating my vehicle in an unsafe manner. When can I expect this to be taken care of?.

I received a recall in June 2023. I continually call the chevy dealers and they state there is no remedy to have this recall done. Some one died from this issue why has gm not been forced to get these parts to dealers so this dangerous issue can be fixed????? I don’t have the option to not drive my vehicle I am a single parent that has to work. I do not want my child to be hurt or killed either if this airbag goes off! please get this issue handled so we can have these airbags fixed. It’s been over a year since I received this letter.
My airbag warning light came on and the system reported a seatbelt issue. There was a recall for my vehicle in 2014 that wasn’t repaired. Over time my vehicle has had insurmountable electrical issues as well.
In June of 2023 I was notified of a recall on my 2024 Traverse. The notification states that if the airbag were to deploy, there is a chance of shrapnel being fired into the cabin and killing the occupants. (recall n232404980). I have reached out to my local chevy dealer multiple times and been told that there is no resolution at this time. As of today, I checked gm's web site and there is still no resolution. I feel that my safety and the safety of my passengers is at risk every time we are in this vehicle. I cannot afford to park this vehicle and wait for over a year for gm to come up with a solution to this very dangerous issue. The vehicle is worthless to sell on the market. Anyone dumb enough to knowingly buy a vehicle with the equivalent of a loaded shotgun pointing at their face would have to be dumber than I am for driving it and allowing family members to drive it. But again, it's all I have so what can I do?.

There is a recall for the airbag, the vehicle has a warning light on inside the instrument cluster. I keep calling the dealer to have it repaired as I am nervous about having my son drive this car. The dealer keeps telling me gm has no remedy for repair. This is unacceptable, it's been years now that this airbag fiasco has been going on. Is NHTSA just going to let gm take their time until all of these vehicles equipped with faulty airbags just go out of service? what is the plan of action?.

It's been over a year since this car was recalled and yet parts are not available to repair. The front driver airbag needs replaced and should it rupture, not only will the drive be injured but all occupants of the car. I will be selling the vehicle in the near future but without the repair I would not be able to sell it due to the severity of the recall issue.
