Five problems related to brake hoses, lines/piping, and fittings have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Venture. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer applied brakes at 40 mph, pedal went to the floor, and vehicle rear ended another vehicle. Dealer stated that the right brake line had a hole. Damage to vehicle unknown at this time. 2 people were injured in the accident.

The brake lines are hanging and dragging, causing snow to collect around them and pull the brakes lines down. Dealer can't do anything about it.
