2 Front Suspension problem of the 1998 Chevrolet Venture

Failure Date: 02/01/2001

Van shimmies/vibratates at 30+ mph since 1 month after purchasing. Have put on new tires, dealers say nothing wrong, this is normal for vans/trucks (not a pleasant ride). Defrosters will not defrost side windows, dealer says there's nothing wrong. While backing down steep driveway with 3 people in van, van is hitting bottom. Dealer installed new shocks/springs, but still hits bottom.
