Problems with steering on 2003 Chevrolet Venture. The steering became loose. The service dealer found the pump pressure was below specifications and called gm. Gm recommended replacing the pump and gear assembly which was supposedly done. The problem did not improve the situation. Gm refused to help the consumer. Also during routine maintenance, a tire was found with a bulge.
