Every time I fill my gas tank my car would stall. I have already spent over 1000 dollars changing the fuel pump and filter and still problem persist. Doing some research in forums I am not only one. The problems appears to be a defective fuel tank which needs to be repair this cost a lot of money and why Chrysler have not started a recall. Please help this is a hazard on the road for many car owners. I have nearly been rear ended several times do to the car stalling middle of road.

The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 300. The contact stated when adding gasoline to the fuel tank it would spill out. The fuel filler neck caused the fuel tank to malfunction. The fuel fumes would also linger in the interior of the vehicle which made her sick on the stomach. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on four occasions where they replaced the filler cap but the fuel continued to spill back out after refueling. The engine light also continued to illuminate and would not shut off. Each time the failure occurred the dealer would repair it under warranty. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 2,506.
