2010 Chrysler 300. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle tire lug nuts safety issue. The consumer was informed, the tires could not be rotated, because there was a serious safety issue with the lug nuts. The lug nuts on his model vehicle, had a dome placed over them which in time, would swell causing the threading in the lug nut to dissolve. The mechanic stated the lug nuts were at the stage of despair.
