Fuel Pump problems of the 2005 Chrysler 300C

One problem related to fuel pump has been reported for the 2005 Chrysler 300C. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Fuel Pump problem

Failure Date: 09/08/2013

After filling my car at a service station until the first time the fuel pump clicked off I attempted to leave the service station and after driving approximately one mile my car stalled in traffic and would not start for about 3 to 4 attempts. If traffic would have been heavier there would have been an accident as I lost total control of the car from steering to braking when the engine shut-off. After running rough for several miles and several more stalls the problem fixed itself. This now occurs after everytime I service my car with fuel and has become a ritual unless I take the time to calculate the estimated fuel remaining in the tank and subtract it from the total capacity then only add enough fuel to take me up to two gallons from full. Didn't realize I needed to be a math wizard to own a Chrysler 300c. Now that I know this is a repeatable problem I must tell anyone who I loan my car to or they could face a potential accident since this has not been publicly acknowledged by Chrysler as a recurring and predictable problem. It should be noted that I have been the only owner of this car bought new in may 2004 and it has been maintained to manufacturer's specifications.
