One problem related to tank mounting has been reported for the 2005 Chrysler 300C. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
This has happen at every fill-up. I've own my Chrysler 300c since may 2004 (one of the first to purchase) and this problem has been present since 2008. I have to estimate the amount of fuel to put in the tank at every fill-up. If not, the car will stalled until the excess fuel is burn off or you have to drive on road without lights until the fuel gauge goes a little below the full marker. This problem should be fixed before someone gets killed.
