What happen is that I just got the car used, had it 3 days cut the car off would not start back, I called the people who I got the car from, they came and got it, had it for three weeks, could not fix it so they send it to a dealership they had it a month and a half still didn't fix it right, they said it was fixed but was not, I picked the car up drove it home 30 minutes, got home forgot something at the store got in car would not say anything, lights and radio and still came on but car would not start, I could smell gas and they came and got the car again never mine that I had only had the car 3 days, ok they put new Cadillac converters on iti picked the car up,on my way home driving 20, car just cut off I thank god that no one hit me and it was 3 cars behind me I sat there for a minute and it started back but cut right off again, so I waited for a few more minutes, tried again, car started up and I went home cut car off, after 3 hours car was just dead would not do anything. Again call the shop, they came in picked the car up and that Aug, right now the car is in the shop, they cant seem to find out what's wrong with it, they put a lot of new parts on the car they said when they thank it is fixed they let the car run about a hour, but yet again it cuts off, something needs to be done about these cars cutting off while they are being drove, there are no recalls on these cars for that, there are many many complaints about the same thing , what is going on with Chrysler don't they know that a person can get kill driving and the car cuts off at any speed, I have my grand baby's everyday, I will never want anything to happen to them or me, all I can say is something needs to be done. When I fill the gas to full, the engine stalls and it happened in an intersection on a yellow light. Very scarry. Has happened several times since but this needs to be fixed.

Fueled up vehicle, car stalled as I was leaving the gas station. This has happened numerous times. Again when we were entering freeway after fueling up, the car stalled in the middle of the street. The car has also stalled going around a round-about. Car was able to start after the stall with no other incident.
Every time I fill up my car at gas station, right afterwards it stalls at low speeds 4-6 times before resolving. It also was stuttering at speeds of up to 35 mph. Four times I have nearly missed being involved in an accident due to this malfunction.
Over the last couple months after refueling my vehicle the vehicle stalls. It has become a given that after I fill my car I know at some point within the first 5-10 minutes I will start having propulsion issues. The car dies when I'm sitting at traffic lights. I'm afraid to try and enter a freeway directly after refueling because if I go to hit the gas it's an accident waiting to happen. I have to go find a parking lot and rev my engine for a while till I think it's safe to proceed. I should have to go through all of this after refueling my car. I did some research and saw the complaints and NHTSA reports. I called Chrysler and they said they don't have any records of any fuel issues with the srt models so my best bet would be to go to my dealer for a diagnostic check.
After fueling (filling) our 2006 300c the car was started successfully. After engaging the transmission and pulling away from the pump the engine suddenly stalled. After letting the car sit for a few minutes, the car successfully restarted and continued to run. This has happened a couple times a month since the first incident.
Filled up with gas. While driving 30 mph car stalled going down a hill and brakes became rigid. To try to avoid crashing into other vehicle I went over a sidewalk. Tire broke, hit a tree and had to shut off car to stop car as brakes were not stopping the car. Then I ended damage another vehicle because of busy traffic. This all happened because the car stopped less than 5 minutes after refueling.
2006 Chrysler 300c. Stalls shortly after fueling. Does not resolve until the gas cap has been removed and allowed to sit. Called the dealership and they say my car does not fall under the recall parameters. Was told to reference this number pe13-016.

On April 9th at approximately 6:00 p. M. I filled my car with fuel until the pump shut off. After replacing the fuel lid I drove about 1/4 mile and stopped at a traffic light to make a left turn. Almost as soon as I stopped the engine started to run rough, as if it were running out of fuel and stopped. I placed the car in neutral, started the engine and drove another block before stopping at another traffic signal. Again, the engine sputtered and stopped. I got it started and reached park manor nursing home and shut the engine off while I went to visit. When I left the nursing home, I went down the driveway and about 1/8 mile to a 5 lane intersection that had a traffic signal. The engine sputtered and stopped again just as the light turned green. I had to quickly put the car in neutral to restart it then carefully let off the gas pedal enough to put the gear shift back in "d" and drive away. This was the first time I experienced any engine stops, but it seems to be pretty dangerous, since you cannot predict when it will happen and nothing seemed to trigger the faults. Each time the engine stopped, I noticed the oil pressure indicator was displayed and watched it rise to normal when the engine started again.
At the gas station at low idle right after fueling car shut off. Shut off again at low speed the next day, no further fueling has taken place as of yet.

Vehicle stalls after fill up at gas stations. Has happened at least 10 times in last 2 years. Called Chrysler in reference to NHTSA action number pe13016. Despite their claim in the NHTSA action that owner letters mailing began in January 2014, I was told that as of April 2, 2014, the life time warranty has not yet been made official and no letters have yet been sent. As of April 2, 2014, Chrysler is not honoring the claim they made to cause the NHTSA to close this case. Follow up by NHTSA is needed here.
While trying to merge on the freeway the motor stalled and made a rolling drumming not a high pitch noise wouldn't re start towed it home got it started and the engine is making a loud squeak noise it won't idle on its own and it stalls when put into gear.
My Chrysler 300c hemi started idling rough and showing code p0300. Oil/plugs were changed, and my car worked well for ~500 miles. After which the low oil level light chimmed. After taking to the dealer the oil pressure switch was replaced and all was right. Close to a month later, while stopped at a rail crossing the car stalled with error code p1520. I checked the oil which was low and added to the correct level. In the oil, there was no discoloration or anything to cause alarm. I started the engine up and while the p1520 was gone I had the p0300. After removing the manifold small aluminum pieces where found inside. Plugs that were close to 4k miles old were ash covered and throttle body. Valves and cylinder #3 head need to be replaced.
Immediately after refuling car, departed gas station and car stalled completely when in middle of left hand turn into oncoming traffic. Placed car in neutral and restarted it. Departed and stopped at a stop sign 100 yards away from turn. Car died again. Placed car in neutral and restarted it. It ran slowly for 50 yards or so and died again while slowing down in traffic. Restarted the car in traffic and it ran fine for 1/4 mile when it died completely again at a stop light. Again, I restarted the car and was able to keep it going without stopping for 3-4 miles. Have not had the problem since turning off the engine overnight.

After filling the vehicle with gas, the vehicle stalls while idling. While driving down the road the car jerks severely and then turns off while driving down the road. There was an investigation that was closed on February 10, 2014, and Chrysler is suppose to be offering lifetime extended warranty related to this issues. However, I have not been successful in having Chrysler assist me in making sure my vehicle is safe to drive down the road. The vehicle stalling occurred twice while driving until I started to research it.

Vehicle will stall while driving or surge while trying to stop without notice for up to thirty minutes or approximately 20 miles after normal fuel up (no topping off!). I suddenly surged while approaching another vehicle from behind at a stop light and my vehicle nearly caused a collision. While driving on a two-lane curved road the vehicle stalled causing loss of steering and near collision with on-coming traffic and had to stop quickly which caused a road hazard for other vehicles coming around a tight turn behind me. Once restarted, I continued on same road and vehicle died again in a turn on same road causing the steering to go out again which lead to veering off the road and with the potential of falling down a 30 foot un-gaurded decline. Vehicle will stall and surge while in idle as well. I have been able to replicate this issue reliablly on three separate occasions. I welcome any skeptics from Chrysler or other investigative authorities to contact me so that I may demonstrate the severity of this issue if necessary. This is dangerous!!!.
I have had this car for 7 years, never had an issue. On February 23,2014 I went to shell and filled up the car with $49. 00. I do not remember if I ever filled the car up before. I'm sure I have but I usually put 20/30 bucks in. But I just found out about stop n shop gas savings and received a discount. I tried to put 50 in but it only took 49. 00. I got back in the car and I tried to pull away from the pump and it shut down. I thought maybe it was a fluke since I was basically at a roll. I drove 2 blocks and at the traffic light it died. I proceeded to make a u-turn to return home. The car died 3 times in a 5 block span. I took the car to my cousin who had a computer, no codes came up but the car shut down twice. I parked the car and took out a different car. My cousin thought it was bad gas or a bad oil change which I had done on Feb 22, 2014 I just returned home and googled, "Chrysler 300c stalling" and found the article that this has been occurring, and here I am. I guess I will contact Chrysler in the morning.

Started to stall on a trip to la. In Jan. 2014,stalls after every refill. Usually stalled turning on to entry ramp or on entry ramp of interstate. No power steering or power brakes . Throw into neutral restart,power steering then kicks in throwing me all over the entrance ramp. Stalls after every refill,I bought this car for trips thats why the mileage is so low,now I'm afraid to drive it for the purpose I bought it. I'm a Chrysler retiree! totally unsafe for my purposes.
After I fill up (I do not overfill), within the first several miles I drive, the vehicle will stall when slowing down for a stop light. I have also had it that at 40-50 mph it will "hesitate/jerk" like there is a fuel mix issue. This has happened two times in the last week.
On multiple occasions, my wife and I have experienced the symptoms specified in nhtse action number pe13016. Our mechanic has confirmed this also. However, action pe103016 leads us to believe Chrysler will fix this problem. We have contacted two Chrysler dealers' service dept's and have been told they have no 'recalls' listed for my car's VIN. How do I go about getting Chrysler to meet the agreement stated in pe13016?.

After fueling up about 1 mile later as I left a red light the motor just stalled as soon as it took off with no warning no power steering I couldn't control the vehicle in the middle of a busy road had to put the car and park and re start the motor it happens whenever I refuel very dangerous.

A couple months ago after filling my car up with gas I went to get in line at car wash car died . . Started up after 4-5 tries drove home ran fine. Today I filled up again took off went to get on freeway merged onto traffic car died again!! I coasted onto shoulder, thank god I didn't get hit. . Had my two minor children in car. . After 3 tries car started again, went straight home. . Scared to drive anymore. . Taking to dealer to be checked tomorrow. . Hope this issue gets fixed before someone seriously gets hurt or even killed!!.
