I got to work this morning 4/18/2008 8:15 and turned in the parking lot and couldn't steer the . . . Wheel. Enough is enough. This is my 3rd car I have bought from Chrysler and I am fed up. The third time has not been the charm.

I just got off the highway. While I was parking the vehicle I heard popping noise under the hood and I completely lost steering. The bolts holding the inner rods and rack and pinion broke off. After some research I found out that this is very common problem for this line of Chrysler vehicles. I called Chrysler customer service. They claim that this is not their problem because the car is not under manufacture warranty. .
