The consumer states that the vehicles shifter foiled even though the ignition was locked and the keys were taken out. The consumer states that she was in park and on an incline and in park. The vehicle then slipped backwards and shifted out of park. The dealer was contacted and the inspector found that the ignition shift inter-lock mechanism on the vehicle was inoperable.
