Chrysler Concorde owners have reported 2 problems related to transmission noise (under the power train category). The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I was driving to work, and transmission skipped, making noises, so drove home, and checked with repair man, indicated was transmission. , called dealer, they said was out of warranty (3yrs, 36k miles), and I had 43000. They wanted me to bring it in, and my experience is you bring it there, and it cost twice as much. , so I took it elsewhere, and then I saw a internet site that said they extended the warranty on the 2002's to 70k, and I had already had the work done by then by someone out of Chrysler. , they still said it would not have been covered. , but that isnt how the website read with their article. , I'm still looking for relief of $2000. 00 for the transmission.
