Gear shift lever stuck in park. Had to have the car towed to dealer. They said my VIN wasn't on the recall list.
The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that the gear shift got stuck in park. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and was informed that the clip that released the gear shift broke. The dealer replaced the gear shift assembly to correct the failure. The failure and current mileages were 86,000.
