The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. While driving 60 mph, the vehicle veered slightly to the left. The vehicle then headed down a ravine and drove across the shoulder into the northbound lane. There was no crash. The contact took his vehicle to a mechanic shop and was informed that all of the alignment adjuster bolts on the rear wheels were loose. He stated that the rear wheels had not been aligned prior to the failure. The failure mileage was 52,300.

2 Rear Suspension problem of the 2006 Chrysler Pacifica

Failure Date: 03/17/2007

When placed in reverse, car would not move. Gave a little gas and heard a loud pop. Found 3-4" piece of tempered metal on ground. After looking under the car, realized that the rocker arm on rear drivers side wheel had broken in 2 places.

3 Rear Suspension problem of the 2005 Chrysler Pacifica

Failure Date: 10/18/2006

When driving the car the back end swerves and shakes as you go around curves and the back of the car body rolls from side to side. An accident has not occurred yet, but the dealer has looked at the car several times and says there is no problem with it. Nm.
