Consumer received recall notice 00v421002 regarding ball joint defects. Consumer had the problem the recall is depicting three months earlier. Because of the defect, consumer lost control of vehicle and went off the road into a ditch. Consumer wants to know if Chrysler is liable for the damages.
Recall 00 v 421 000 cncerning lower ball joint failure. Vehicle was repaired under recall. However, replacement part failed. Boot was damaged, and joints were dry. Manufacturer has been notified.
Upon receipt of a recall notice consumer notified the dealer. The dealer inspected the vehicle and determined that the vehicle was okay. Since that inspection, ball joints have failed. Manufacturer has been notified.
