1 Ignition problem

Failure Date: 01/28/2010

2001 Chrysler Sebring. The problem began with the car being difficult to start. Eventually the car's engine shut off while traveling at 55 m. P. H. The ignition key transponder was deemed the culprit. Several months after repair, the starting problem reappeared. A dealer worked on the car, doing what I do not know, and the problem was solved, for awhile. The next manifestation came with the radio flashing off, headlights remaining on and then extinguishing themselves and dash warning lights blinking. I gave up on repair. These problems have been ongoing for two years. Type "sebring electrical problem" for a computer search revealing numerous similar complaints.
