Radio/tape Cd Player Problems of Chrysler Sebring

Purchased may 15th. And now car sits in my apartment parking lot as a roadblock for all tenants since may 27th. 2008sebring started fine. Drove 2 miles roundtrip, vehicle ride was rough upon turning into residence thankfully I was not on the street in traffic when the car decided to stop ,the windows were down I still have not been able to get them rolled up . Lights instrument panel lights went haywire flashing,ding chime sound continuous. The backdash illuminate light has never worked. Wont accept jump from cables,has power in areas under hood, charged to 12v on charger able to get code (dtc-u1403 implausible fuel level signal. Just like the recall of the wiring issue it's similar. The week this happened the tire pressure indicator in the lower left corner of dash was lit up and the cruise control light would come on but when engaged it would not drive at the limit set only reduce is speed the stereo cd changer didn't work I thought it was just because it was old the cigarette lighter which I used for my power source the light on that device would flicker in and out showing it wasn't getting a good connection the key would get stuck in the ignition or do a continuous storage where you it would not spring back as it should you'd have to turn it off and then try to restart it the battery in the fob work just fine before all of this took place now the battery is dead in the fob as well. It won't hold a charge I want to know how it's going to get fixed and with whose money?? $95 for diagnostic. While covering windows later that night,I was able to see a dim red light where the tire pressure indicator was lit up at the fuses are fine the battery is 6 months old but it is constantly draining I it won't stay charged I can't get it out of gear it to put it in neutral to move it anywhere. Main purpose was to get me to my doctor appointments now I can't even do that& I haven't been able to do that. . I think this recall has revisited. Its unsafe.

To NHTSA I just purchase a 2007 Chrysler sabring. I took my daughter and myself out to dinner that evening and enjoyed our night as we got back in the car an start heading home just as I got on the freeway I suddenly realize that the interior dashboard light went out and it is not turning on . I was unable to see the speed thermometer. I pulled over and took a uber home. I look online regards to this part it is called instrument cluster. From what I read online this part goes out all the time on this vehicle. Unable to see what speed I'm going. I cannot drive please help to have this part fixed repair or replace the instigate cluster (interior lights) all other interior lights like the radio heater/ac panel lights works. I thank god thatthe traffic on the highway was not happy or busy I was able to pull over to the side of the freeway and then I look at all the panels the button for the lights and no matter what I did interior like did not turn on. There was no accident caused by this because I was safe but it is unsafe for driving on the road not able to see the speed you're going. Can we please figure out how to get this taking care of that is dangerous to drive at night unable to see the speed when but they stream crossing you don't know how fast you're going to estimate when to press on your break. Knowing younger kids think they know how to control the speed and I think not to be put in that position when you cannot see the speed it will take a chance on anything to my heart is not safe to drive on road at all I just wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart to safety committee group for the government I urge you please take care of the situation and issue thank you for taking the time and reading my request . I have attached the paperwork 4 my 2002 Chrysler Sebring. As you can see my first payment was April 13th 2018 this was my deposit $700. Again on April 24th I paid another $600. May 20th I paid another $700. June 5th I paid $105. June 5th is when I took possession of the car. July 1st is when I had the car accident, where I was informed that the damage on the car was so severe because the undercarriage was all rusted out. The car was totaled. The first day I took the car home the battery was dead I had to buy another battery for $75. I noticed the car was bottoming out I told the mechanic jim who is also the man that sold me the car and he assured me it was safe. They had three months to check the whole car out and make sure it was safe and it sat in the same spot until I picked it up. Now either they never checked the car or they checked the car and sold it to me anyway. The way I see it is they were wrong either way. Not to mention that jim the so-called mechanic is the one who sold it to me. Right after the battery died the radio took a crap. They also charged me extra 4 tax tags and title which was supposed to be included in the $2,000 that they wanted for the car. I tried to negotiate with them seeing that it was under a month that I actually had the car in my possession I explained to jim what the police told me about being all rusted but they insisted I had the car too long and that they weren't going to do anything about it. So here we are. I have a personal injury case going on right now, I was told I needed your type of attorney to fight llapi auto sales hudson fla. Flora is the person who "made the sale" (her number is 727-478-5632), but it was jim the mechanic who really sold me the car, that's why I trusted his word it was safe.

It's stops while driving,but the radio still is playing during the many times this had happened . On both city street and turning corners.

I was driving my car last week and the electronic throttle control light came on then went off happened maybe 3 or 4 times but nothing of it. . . So today I'm on my way from work I make a stop on my way home go to start the car and leave and I turned the key but nothing the radio and lights all work but it's not even attempting to start. I thought maybe I needed a jump I tried that and still nothing I have roughly 56000 miles and I service the car regularly I need an explanation because this is obviously a common problem from multiple threads I've read about this car. Chrysler needs to be held accountable!!!!.

While driving the digital readout on the dash, information panel and radio lights for the mileage, gear selector, miles till empty and radio display will get very dim and then go back to bright. I took a video of this happening while driving and when dim they flutter. Have had 3 dealerships and 2 mechanics look at it and nobody can figure out what it is!.

The problem is with the sound system. Specifically, the problem appears to be related to the bass sound. Whenever the radio or cd is on, there is a horrible buzzing/droning noise accompanied by a vibration in the speaker panel on the doors. It is unbearable.

Radio cd plyer failed.

The vehicle has had continued problems with the windows leaking and not closing properly, passenger side speaker noise and brakes squeal, the dealership has not been able to rectify during numerous attempts to repair all items.

Mirrors & plastic parts of trunk are faded - a gray color. The sun roof visor keeps coming off track. There is a noise in the fuel system coming from underneath the back seat. Sounds like a high pitched whine. Cd player stopped accepting cds. There is a whistling noise & leak from the passenger side window (up from the mirror).

Radio making crackling noise on fm and cuts off when going over bumps. Radio has been replaced once before. Nlm.
