One problem related to exterior rearview mirror has been reported for the 1999 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The driver's side view mirror is heated. There is a gel type residue coming from the mirror which has damaged it to the point where consumer can not see objects from it. Also the passenger side view mirror intermittently will not move when attempting to adjust resulting in reduced visibility.
