Windshield problems of the 1999 Chrysler Town & Country

I was driving the van at normal highway speed when the rear left window burst and shattered into pieces all over the back seat and rear storage area. Police examined it and told me that it did not appear as if anything struck the window, but that sometimes van windows such as that one shatter because of pressure. The manufacturer refused to provide any assistance whatsoever. Dt.
