Two problems related to windshield wiper/washer have been reported for the 1999 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield wipers worked intermittently, dealer replaced the motor, however wipers do not clean the window as they did before causing lack of vision, consumer requested that the dealer adjust the wipers and the dealer stated that the wipers were installed according to Chrysler specifications and that if this adjustment was made, the consumer would be charged for it.
The windshield wipers failed.
