One problem related to vehicle shudder has been reported for the 1999 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When going up hill (driveway) vehicle does not pull like normal, it hesitates and stutters. I must put it into low in order to pull the hill. Also, when reversing vehicle vibrates and moves very slowly. Vehicle drives fine in normal conditions, the only problem is pulling up hill after a stop and reversing at any time.
