Four problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 2000 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
In front end collision with a pole on a city street -passenger airbag deployed, driver airbag did not deploy.
While driving consumer's vehicle was involved in a crash. It was hit by another vehicle which was moving at 60 mph. However, upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Consumer had received a letter of recall for the clock spring the very same day. Driver and passenger sustained injuries. On the same day, consumer received a recall for clock spring.
The consumer was involved in an accident. The vehicle was struck from the side as well as the front. The air bags did not deploy.
