One problem related to brake hoses, lines/piping, and fittings has been reported for the 2005 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
In October 2008 my left rear brake line appeared to have been cut and was reported to police. However they were uncertain if that was the case and I have pictures of this incident. It was replaced at that time and again today - almost 14 months to the day later and about 12,000 miles later, the very same brake line broke while I was driving and I came within inches of rear-ending someone. After speaking with the service provider, it was determined that in his mind it is a very bad design and a huge safety hazard. I again have pictures and the part in question with me.
