One problem related to gas recirculation valve (egr valve) has been reported for the 2006 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My vehicle went from 70 miles per hour quickly down to zero, on the highway. The engine completely shut off, while I was going 70. I was able to pull over and turn off the engine. When I restarted the car, it seemed fine. This was frightening and very inopportune. It was about 50 degrees outside at the time.
