1 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 01/17/2019

While driving on several occasions van would stall out while driving but wouldn't have to restart. Had engine code p0302 diagnosed both at advance and dealership. After further combustion check both left and right cylinder heads needed rebuilt to include crankshafts, rocker arms, and gaskets. New engine cooler installed due to failure of part leaking. Contacted Chrysler customer care for assistance due to van no longer under warranty and right cylinder head was already repaired 60,000 miles prior. Received no help. Left cylinder head was covered under an extended warranty. Cost 1250. Plus rental cars.

2 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 03/25/2015

The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the engine stalled without warning. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 14v373000 (electrical system). The failure mileage was approximately 130,000.
