A) this form is horrible -- there is too much non-applicable information. B) I am a certified child passenger safety technician. I recentlyt have run into a problem with the cinch plates on the chrystler minivans. Namely, they don't cinch and therefore require the use of a locking clip -- this runs counter to the 1996 act requiring restraint systems to be css freindly. Please feel; free to contact me regarding this.
