Recall Summary:
ford motor company (ford) is recalling certain 2022-2023 transit vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 23v-598. the rearview camera, or 360-degree view camera if equipped, may not display a rearview image when the vehicle is placed in reverse.
How to Fix:
dealers will update the rearview camera software, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed may 19, 2025. ford's number for this recall is 25s38.
