Tire Problems of Dodge Avenger

The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Avenger. The vehicle has four firestone tires, size 205/75/r15 (na). The contact stated that all four of her tires continuously lost air pressure. The tire pressure warning indicator continuously illuminated on the instrument panel and the vehicle was taken to the dealer. The manufacturer took responsibility for replacing the tires. The tires were the original set that came with the vehicle at the time of purchase. The failure mileage was 15,000. Updated 1/6/09 the consumer stated only one tire was replaced. Updated 01/14/09.

Wheels are causing problem with tires not maintaining air pressure, and causing excessive wear of tires. Dealer notified, and repaired wheels and tires. But, problem has reoccurred six months later. There has been excessive wear of the tires and problem of maintaining air pressure, the customer was concerned about the safety of the vehicle.

I got a flat tire and I thought it was a nail. But there was a pair of pliers inside of the tire, underneath the rim. This had to have been there before I bought the car because the head of the pliers would not fit into one of the holes in my rims. Upon contacting Chrysler consumer hotline, I was lied to, told that goodyear ships the tires and the rims. They obviously don't want to do anything to satisfy an unsatisfied customer. I had to spend 120 dollars for a new tire. I think that they should do something about this. They are totally trying to run around me and blame it on someone else. Please help me.
