Constant issues with sway bar bushings & sway eliminator. Judging from the dealer service dept this is a common problem with these vehicles, the vehicle sounds like a jalopy the entire front end rattles and sounds completely unsafe. Not only has the sway bar & bushings been replaced twice in 4 months but the power steering rack was also replaced 4 months ago. This vehicle is only 3 yrs old and only has 27,000 miles!.

Clunking noise over bumps. Dealer reports bad sway arm bushings, vehicle has 36 month 36000 miles bumper to bumper warranty. I am 7 weeks out of warranty and have 30,900 miles and dealer and Dodge refuse to cover . 157. 08 out of my pocket it is my understanding this is a common problem.
Went to a tire shop for a tire problem, upon taking the front wheels off they discovered failing sway bar links. They showed me the problem by actually pulling the link apart from the sway bar by hand. As I was leaving the shop to go home one of the links disconnected and now the vehicle has a noticeable sway in tight corners. The vehicle was new in 2001 and now has 51,000 on it. I believe this is too soon for parts like this to be failing.

My mechanic had to replace stabelizer bar bushings, stabelizer links, inner tie rods, 2 window motors 900. 00.
Starting at approx. 40,000-45,000 miles there was a thumping noise under driver side feet. Thought maybe was tires, they were replaced at 54,000 miles. Noise was still there. Took to dealership. Had for about a week, first diagnosis was ball joints, tie rods, a-arms. Covered under extended warranty had to pay $100 deductible. No more than a week later still there, called and made an appointment. Diagnosis second time was struts, stabilizer bar, bushings. Again, covered under manufacturer warranty but still had to pay another $100 deductible. Even though still part of same problem. Now a week later, problem again persists but worse. You can just sit in the van and shake it and hear the actual noise instead of having to drive it. Again, I now have to take it back to the dealer for another appointment.

Front end noise, flutter to a front end clunck sound more on right side. Sound was light at 23000 miles then now at 52000 very load sounds like something going to fall out or off van. Found the front stab. Bar bushing passenger side egged out causing bad clunck. These items seemed to fail very early seeing this van is on interstate most of the time.
When vehicle hit a bump in the road it made noise. Took vehicle to dealer, and dealer replaced the stabilizer bar.
