Consumer picked up child seat by the handle and the handle snapped off, causing the baby to fall out of the car seat. Consumer went to lock the seat belt and a small plastic piece broke. This was the third seat to break in the same place. Consumer contacted the company, the first two times they wanted to replaced the broken part.
