The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Charger. While driving between 2-60 mph, the brake pedal was depressed, but the vehicle would not stop. The contact normally places the vehicle in park or applies the emergency brake. All of the warning indicator lights would illuminate, except the check engine light. The dealer replaced the wheel sensor, but the failure continued. The failure mileage was 8,372 and current mileage was 13,000.
