The frequency button ignition key in my vehicle is still not fixed a year after I was made aware of the problem . I was told that Chrysler has not provided the necessary parts to fix the problem yet. The vehicle was purchased in the hudson valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram dealer in newburgh, NY 12550 I find this situation unsafe and unfair on the part of the Chrysler company. My husband stephen babits (deceased) fulfilled his financial responsibilities with Chrysler. Now Chrysler needs to do the same.

These are police cars and we need them taken care of ASAP. Also in the notice it said to contact your dealer and I did several times and they say parts are not available yet. Chrysler gave me a number 88i if that helps when I contacted them.

Started 08 Charger with no problem drove for about 15 minutes, stopped at gas station turned off car took key out for about five minutes. Put key in ignition and it would not turn, couldn't shift out of gear. Tried for ten minutes before calling a tow. Driver tried to turn key with no luck. After telling me he probably couldn't get it on the flatbed without possibly messing up the trans he went in the trunk disconnected the battery for a minute. Tried again car started. This problem needs to be addressed called Chrysler about keyfob recall earlier they said it wasn't one on my particular vehicle.
