Tl- the contact owns a 2008 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle would not start. The vehicle was towed to the dealer to be diagnosed, however specific details of the diagnosis could not be provided. The contact stated that while at the dealer the technicians replaced the battery, O2 sensor, clock spring as well as serviced the abs steering angle sensor. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number(s): 14v567000 (electrical system) & 15v313000 (air bags) however, the part to do the repairs were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,000. Wh.
