The anti-lock brake module has prematurely failed in the vehicle. The dealership can and will inspect the fault but they will say they are not trained or authorizes to fix the module. I was directed to an abs module rebuilder and was simply told by the rebuilder that they could not fix it due to a computer chip shortage. The problem has been reproduced many times as seen with the ram truck recalls on their anti-lock brake modules. The component has not been inspected. There is active warning lights as shown in the picture below. Ive spun out in the rain multiple times at less than 30mph due to the abs module not activating traction control. It is extremely dangerous.
My display screen went completely black. The blind spot warning system does not work at all as well when the display screen went black. It's completely unresponsive, no navigation, radio, entertainment anything. The a/c is on full blast as if it's on defrost as well. And the language for the car went into german for some reason I have no idea why. It was working completely fine this morning when it happened and when I went to turn on the car it stopped working completely.
Car stalled and was hot and battery light turned on.
Both low headlights went out while driving at night. I have changed the bulbs out multiple times and the continue to blow out.
The low beam left front headlight keeps going out every few months. It burns out and when I replace the bulb the harness looks hot and frayed. I keep loosing visibility while driving at night. Dodge stated I need a new headlamp harness. There are no warning lights present.
Was driving 60mph when car shut off driving down the highway. Alternator failed, had to have it towed. There are recalls already for this issue, but not on my model for some reason. My friend who owns is own shop looked at it today and will fix it on 6-21-2022.
My car front halogen lights keep going out in motion or sitting still on any type of street. I have to turn them off wait a minute and then turn them back on. We have spent thousand of dollars at the Dodge house to get this fixed and they have stated there is not recall in place at this time. We have to run the fog lights at night just to keep from wrecking. They ask on one of the question, when did this happen. Its been happening since we bought the car. The blind spot warning is working every once in a while also.
In 2015 I had issues with the seat belt alarm on the vehicle going off, stating that passenger and driver seatbelts weren’t buckled. I would get a airbag flashing light stating per manual that the airbags were not activated. Fast forward to July 2015, I had gotten a recall letter for a orc (occupant restraint module) which affects airbags and seatbelts. I brought in the car to get it fixed per recall. Fast forward to about 2 years later, the same issue had occurred. Airbag light would still pop up and stating that seats belt in the car wasn’t engaged. Brought it in to get it checked out at a local mechanic shop, they couldn’t fix it and stated I need to go to the dealership. They noted that it was affected by the recall of the orc module. Brought in the car to cutter Dodge in pearl city oahu and they fixed it, at this time I was still covered by warranty. Fast forward to around 2019 I moved to maui, the same exact issue occurred. Brought it into my friends mechanic shop and he had said the same thing that it’s an orc module and to bring it to jim falk Dodge in kahului. Explained to them the issue and they said that they need to replace the orc module for over $700. I explained to them that this is the same issue occurring with the recall. Why would I need to pay for a faulty recall fix which is affecting me and my families safety where the airbags won’t deploy in an accident which could cause death because the module in the recall wasn’t fixed properly the first time.
While driving on majors highway or roads car just stalls completely this has happened numerous times almost.
Power steering pump is messed up, I've taken to the shop and they are saying it's a known issue with 2011-2014 Dodge Chargers. I checked and saw that multiple Dodge Chargers have been recalled however it seems ours was never recalled.
Headlamp (low beam projection)repeatedly shuts off after few minutes driving. I know that some police vehicles have this problem and they have been recalled. Can no longer use my personal car after sunset. Local dealer will repair but at my expense. This is a big deal safety issue that I shouldn't have to worry about.

At first I was unable to call out through my cars bluetooth, but if I used my phone to call out I could hear and speak through my car. However this did not last long since the speakers quit working. A loud clicking started in my dash. The radio turns on but no sound. When this happened I could not start my car after googleing the issue I found that others had the same issue and said that if you take the remote itself to push the start button their car started. I tried this and at this time my car will start this way. Also my trunk just opens on it's own. This happens constantly. I called dealership about it and they said it was not a recall. I'm a disabled person, and I need my car to get to and from doctor appointments. I do not have a lot of money and can not afford to pay to get these issues fixed. I feel that since there has been so many other people w ohth the same issues that these things should be recalled and customers have their vehicles taken care of. Thank you for your time. Donna carter these things happened over time so I have no certain dates.
While driving lights shut off, I switch from auto to on, to turn lights back on, lights flicker slightly as well. Car taken dealership changed car battery, key fog, and shortened wires to liggts. Problem is not fixed.
The driver's side hid low beam will randomly turn off. Upon using the toggle switch to turn both lights off and back to the on position, the failed headlamp will re-illuminate until it fails again. This appears to be an issue with the ballast, not the bulb.

When you are driving the car at night, sometimes the headlights will go completely out, I've almost wrecked twice bc of it. I started looking online and found where in 2014 they recalled 50 sum thousand 2011 and 2012 Chargers for this reason, but when I call the dealer and Chrysler they tell me my car wasn't part of that recall. Basically they wont pay for it. I work for a big car manufacturer and I know that if a customer complained about something that could possibly cause them to die or kill others they would fix it, all I want is it fixed before I get hurt or hurt others.
When I make slow left turn I hear grinding noise. The other problem is now my engine light is on. Sometimes my car smells as though it is burning after I drive it for a while and then I put it in park and turn the car off.

Hvac heater blend door actuator are failing across all Chrysler and Dodge models, causing a loud knocking/clicking sound behind the dash and the steering column. There are thousands of people needing this replacement, these parts need to be recalled immediately.
On freeway when lights on dash all started flashing. As pulling over, I lost power steering in my car and all electronics. As soon as I put it in park my car shut off. Look up the p60 recall on 160amp altenator on Chargers. I have the 180amp that did the exact same thing but is not covered under recall. This needs to be fixed as it can be a major hazard to me or others. All with not one indication my altenator was going out.
Yesterday car was fine, no issues. This morning, I started my car and the touchscreen would not turn on, the radio will not work, but the ac was set to full blast, which I did not do. I could not turn the ac down or off. I tried turning the car off and back on, but the issue was still there. I also tried driving it a little, parking it back in my driveway, and turning it off and back on. 5 hours later I tried it all again, no radio, the ac is still blowing full blast and the touchscreen is still black and not operable, and now the evic is suddenly speaking in german and the evic steering wheel controls will not work. I am afraid to drive the car anywhere since I am not sure what else is not operating properly.
