Tire Tread/belt problems of the 1999 Dodge Dakota

All four goodyear eagle LS (255 65 15) tires on the vehicle have only 50% wear left with 13,000 miles on the vehicle, complaint on file at goodyear headquarters ref#431367, complaint filed with Chrysler's headquarters file #8011321.

The goodyear tires (eagle LS p25569r15), the treads were wearing excessively. Had noticed the tread wear after having the tires rotated 3 different times. Had called the manufacturer & the dealer of the tires & both refused to do anything.
