Vehicle was parked with engine running and emergency brake not applied. Consumer was at rear of vehicle when it shifted into reverse and ran over consumer. Vehicle went across the street and came to a stop , and hit an embankment. Consumer suffered extensive injuries, in hospital at this time.
Truck was in park shifted unexpectedly into reverse, causing truck to hit a dock damaging tailgate.
Vehicle can be shifted into any gear without applying brakes. Dealer has been contacted twice for correction of problem. Please provide further details.
Shift lever will go into any gear without pressing the brake down. Sometimes shifter indicates vehicle is in drive when it's really in reverse, drivers feels this is very unsafe. Dealer has not found a solution. Shifter pops out of drive or reverse, steering wheel does not lock when key is removed from switch, dealer serviced 5 times.
Consumer stated that while driving out of the drive way or out of the parking the transmission will stay fine but when driven on the high way the transmission will jump out of gear without a warning. Please provide more information.
Vehicle able to shift out of gear without applying brake pedal; manufacturer notified, and informed consumer that was not cover under a recall.
When vehicle is in park it will continue to move, as if it was still in drive.
Vehicle was parked on a hill without parking brake on, car was running, consumer accidently hit gear shift, and consumer 's body was not all the way in truck when vehicle rolled backwards, trapping consumer between truck and door, and rear shoulder was ran over. Consumer stated there was no shift interlocking system.
