Vehicle was parked with engine running and emergency brake not applied. Consumer was at rear of vehicle when it shifted into reverse and ran over consumer. Vehicle went across the street and came to a stop , and hit an embankment. Consumer suffered extensive injuries, in hospital at this time.

Dealer has not found a solution. Shifter pops out of drive or reverse, steering wheel does not lock when key is removed from switch, dealer serviced 5 times.
