Driving on highway the transmission shifts out of gear.
2013 Dodge Dart limited was moving, stopped at light, lost gear completely. Dealership couldn't recreate. Had every trans recall available April 2019. January 2020 car started to stall and shift out of gear again. April 17 2020 brought Dart in due to stalling in road and same dash screen as recall, told me to shift into n then back into d or r. Car wouldn't move. Dealership couldn't find code or anything wrong and allowed me to leave with the vehicle. Got the car home, went to show my husband and the entire transmission went out. Apparently not involved with recall, yet I don't see how. Says something in transmission sleeve needs fixed and I am liable. I begged them to keep this car bc the transmission was acting up, now here I am being told I owe for an entire transmission when I tried to have it fixed first. VIN isn't listed under any current recalls, yet a quick google search will show quickly that the 6 speed trans are nothing but recall issues repeatedly, until it actually dies.
