The parking brake is inoperable. The emergency brake mechanism in the rear calipers has become seized and pulling the e-brake lever will not engage the emergency brakes, which allows the vehicle to roll freely. Prior model year (2013) already have an active recall for this issue, however newer model years (2014-2016) do not.
When driving I can hear rattling going over bumps coming from the front of the car. I inspected the brake caliper and it is not tight against the brakes pads.
